1. Platform Overview & Commercial Scope

MHS Tools is a specialized software marketplace operated by MecHet Solutions (“MHS”). These Marketplace Terms govern all product transactions, licenses, pricing, electronic invoices, and distribution through tools.mechetsolutions.com. Product descriptions, technical compatibility matrices, pricing, and license grants displayed on individual product pages form an integral part of each commercial transaction.

2. Transparent Pricing & Tax Treatment

The displayed product price represents the final customer-facing transaction amount for the selected currency. Checkout order summaries clearly state the subtotal, applicable taxes (e.g. GST for Indian domestic buyers, or export zero-rated treatment under Letter of Undertaking for international purchasers), and the final total prior to payment confirmation.

Every completed transaction generates an immutable electronic tax invoice issued by MecHet Solutions, compliant with statutory GST and invoicing regulations.

3. Payment Processing & Server-Side Verification

Payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateway partners, including Razorpay. MHS Tools never stores raw credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or bank authentication credentials.

Software license entitlements and downloadable package files are activated only following cryptographically verified server-side payment authorization. Orders are not fulfilled based merely on client-side browser notifications.

4. Refund & Cancellation Framework

Because MHS Tools delivers instant downloadable digital software and perpetual licensing tokens, refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, payment-provider settlement terms, and non-waivable statutory consumer protections (such as the Australian Consumer Law or UK Consumer Rights Act).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

MHS Tools, its wordmark, software products, documentation, architectures, scripts, and visual design assets remain the protected intellectual property of MecHet Solutions and its licensors. Purchasing or downloading a tool confers only a non-exclusive license as set forth in the applicable End User License Agreement (EULA). It does not transfer underlying source code copyright or proprietary ownership.
